Siff launches a variety of low cost and environmentally friendly ink resin products

WASHODOTTE, MI, USA: BASF Resins will demonstrate its environmentally friendly and efficient analytical methods at the annual NPIRI Technology Conference. This scientific and environmentally friendly analytical method can be used to analyze the application of aqueous flexographic, solvent-based UV-curable inks, so this will also help users better choose sustainable ink printing solutions. BASF Resins will also exhibit many innovative resin products during the conference to help ink manufacturers make attempts and efforts to improve the environment. This includes:

JONCRYL® LMV 7034: This is a low cost, film-forming acrylic resin with a stable pH state that can be used to produce low-cost flexographic printing pressure-sensitive inks;
JonCRYL 642: is an acrylic/bio-based ink carrier that meets manufacturers' desire to increase raw materials for bio-based materials;
JonCRYL FLX 5000: is a self-crosslinking molded emulsion that can be used to produce alternative solvent-based packaging printing inks;
JonCRYL HPD 196 : is a high-performance resin dispersion that increases the dispersion of pigments in the ink system and reduces the cost of the ink.
