Screen printing screen printing plate making method

Currently, there are three main methods for screen printing: the sun-netting pulping, the indirect film drying, and the direct film drying. The following describes the plate making process of various plate making methods:

Sunscreen netting method

1) Select a net frame and net yarn, pull it up with a pull net machine, stick it with sticky net glue, and use it after it has dried.

2) Remove the grease on the mesh yarn with a degreasing agent (such as UL3 degreasing agent) (will make the screen more durable), and then use a coarsening agent on the lighter physical and chemical abrasion coarsening of the mesh yarn (not only It will not damage the life of the mesh, but it will make the screen more durable.) It can be used after the water content is dry.

3) The screen can be sizing after drying. The actual operation is shown in Figure 1. Water-oil dual-use sunscreen paste is especially suitable for wet weather, oil-proof and waterproof. It can be used after being placed in a dark place for drying. It can't be dried with heat, otherwise it will harden.

4) After the pulp is dry, it can be exposed. Use a scooper light (for example, 125W PHILIPS) to dry the net frame about 18 inches for 5-10 minutes and rinse with a water gun until all patterns are clearly visible.

5) After all the patterns have been completed, use a water-absorber to dry the moisture, otherwise parts of the pattern will be unclear.

6) After the water is completely dry, a hard layer of water is applied to the screen to harden the screen, which increases its service life.

7) After completion, BLUE FILLER shall be used for pinhole repair and filling of frame edges. Use a spatula or a hard cardboard to gently coat the sealant on the pinhole or frame edge of the template, wait until the screen is finished, and finish the screen. Indirect film (red film) drying method

Indirect film drying method can use FIVE STAR, simple and easy to control, fine lines, excellent adhesion to all mesh yarns. The use of red film is usually 165s-200s.

(1) First, make a frame (refer to the first step in Method 1), pull the screen, and clean the screen (refer to the second step in Method 1). No need to wait until the screen is wet.

(2) Prepare the developer (A powder + B powder) before the sun, and then use one liter of water or hydrogen peroxide for use.

(3) Combine the indirect film (red film) with the pattern film that needs to be dried for 3-5 minutes.

(4) Expose the exposed film to the developer for one minute and spray it with hot shower until the pattern is clearly visible.

(5) Place the developed red film on the screen, and blot it with water. Wait until dry and remove the above transparent film.

(6) After completion, BLUE FILLER shall be used for pinhole repair and filling of frame edges. Use a spatula or a hard cardboard to gently coat the sealant on the pinhole or frame edge of the template, wait until the screen is finished, and finish the screen. Direct film drying method

Direct film drying method, simple and easy to control, film has a variety of thickness, printing is smooth and uniform, screen is durable and very thin lines, has excellent adhesion to all mesh yarn. Use direct film is usually used mesh 120T-165s.

(1) First, make a frame (refer to the first step in Method 1), pull the screen, and clean the screen (refer to the second step in Method 1). No need to wait until the screen is wet.

(2) Put the direct film gently on the screen plate (wet screen), and then use a water-absorber to dry the moisture. After drying, remove the transparent tape.

(3) Paste the indirect film (red film) and the pattern that needs to be dried for about 3-5 minutes.

(4) Spray the hot water with a lotus shower head until the pattern is completely clear.

(5) After completion, BLUE FILLER must be used for pinhole repair and filling of frame edges. Use a spatula or a hard cardboard to gently coat the sealant on the pinhole or frame edge of the template, wait until the screen is finished, and finish the screen. Old network reusing method

First clean the screen layout, then use the following agent to repair the screen.
