Drug detection "little lunchbox" come out

As long as the food is put into a "box" of the size of a cigarette box, it will soon be known whether the food will have carcinogenic and toxic substances. Recently, Professor Lu Xiaohua from the School of Environmental Science and Engineering at Huazhong University of Science and Technology has presented a small lunch box called a portable food analyzer.
The instrument adopts the latest foreign miniaturized light sources and highly integrated photoelectric detection elements to quickly measure toxic substances in nitrites, formaldehyde and other foods and alcoholic beverages. The price is only one-sixth that of similar foreign products.
According to reports, the instrument can be used by food factories, supermarkets, bazaars, environmental monitoring departments and non-professionals.
