Film output quality stability factors

At present, the vast majority of printing plants have formed a standardized, data-based production model for film output. However, in actual work, due to factors such as the quality of personnel, equipment stability, and management system, some links do not really reflect standardization and data. Connotation.

In a printing factory, the film output is generally carried out as follows: First, the imagesetter and the film puncher are turned on, and after preheating for 30 minutes, a 21-step grayscale film is output. Then, using dot density meter to detect whether the film on the network at all levels within the specified range, if appropriate, start the normal work; if not, need to re-adjust the development conditions, repeat the output of 21 grayscale film.

However, the daily output of a newspaper printing company is quite large, and the film that is just starting to output is relatively normal. As the film output increases, the developer concentration gradually decreases. Although the developer replenishing device works, it develops. With the extension of the time, the development quality of the film also decreased.

Due to heavy work tasks, the operator often does not handle the task in order to ensure that the task is completed on time, or simply add a certain amount of developer directly to the developer tank to continue working. Some operators even take the approach of increasing the development and fixing temperatures to speed up the development to complete production tasks on time.

Film is the basis of printing. If the film quality is not good, it is difficult to guarantee the quality of the final print. From the above-mentioned situation, the main factor affecting the output quality of film is the filming process. In most newspaper printing companies, due to heavy tasks and tight schedules, relatively speaking, the press is always in an overloaded state. For this reason, the printing plant should appropriately increase the number of punching machines according to its own actual conditions to ensure the stability of the film quality.
