High-speed sleeve labeling machine

Axon, Raleigh, North Carolina, USA, produced a new device for applying shrink sleeve labels to blow-molded or thermoformed containers at a rate of 300 per minute. The EZ labeler maintains a moderate coverage of the label. The EZ labeler uses a 35-micron film and is designed for the increasingly popular black body shrink labels. The device includes a labeling machine and hot aisle, and can be easily combined with existing transmissions. Proprietary cutting technology speeds up production and extends blade life.
