The size of the product packaged with the Mod AM90HN is limited only by the length of the splice bar and the width of the shrink channel opening, with a maximum film width of 930 mm. For customers who need high productivity, this machine is equipped with double top and bottom film roll holders with low-film alarms to deliver the maximum amount of products from the shrink tunnel at a time, minimizing power consumption. An adjustable weight loss panel can also be installed at the opening of the canal.
Special explanation - welding stick
The welding rod of Mod AM90HN has a width of 950 mm and is made of Teflon-coated steel plate with a digital temperature controller and a film cutter. This welding rod is mechanically driven by a torque limit and can easily weld any height of film. The maximum width of the welding film is up to 400 mm (no air is required). This welding rod also has double driving speed, that is, it can quickly drop to 1 times speed and then to 2 times speed.
