U.S. Intermec has recently introduced a slim, reusable RFID tag that is available in both EPCGLOBAL's second-generation and ISO18000-6B protocols to meet applicable standards worldwide.
The small, high-strength tag measures 1.22 inches by 3.11 inches and is equipped with a broadband antenna that makes it suitable for a variety of media surfaces around the world. Its slim and sturdy design can withstand extreme temperatures, but it can also be exposed to chemical environments for extended periods of time. Companies can use the same tag to identify and track items, such as subassemblies, semi-finished products, manufactured goods, material handling equipment, and logistics containers in production processes, supply chain and asset management operations. Reusable RFID small high-strength labels can be recycled thousands of times, with significant economic benefits. It can be easily applied to supply chain and asset management operations, including reusable plastic containers, metal cabinets, pallets, beverage containers, dangerous goods containers and chemical containers.
Small high-strength labels and large-scale high-strength labels are a small part of Yitengmai's 50-plus EPC second-generation products and various ISO18000-6B products. According to relevant personnel of the company, the two strength labels are now available.
