Liv Sansoz is one such athlete. With a career filled with achievements, she has earned two World Championship titles and three overall World Cup victories. She is also the second woman to conquer an 8c/c+ (5.14b/c) route, a feat that even many top male climbers find challenging. Her accomplishments have made her a role model for aspiring climbers around the world.
Born in the French Alps, Liv started skiing at just two years old. From an early age, she was drawn to the mountains, spending her childhood hiking, climbing, and exploring. Today, she still tackles alpine routes, but also remains passionate about sport climbing and bouldering—especially when the lines are both challenging and beautiful. She loves traveling globally, climbing on unique rock formations, and immersing herself in different cultures.
