On the afternoon of October 31st, YBC entrepreneurial youths who had just successfully completed the field training internship gathered at Huimin Help Center. The YBC Sichuan Mianyang City Office, the Youth League Committee, and the Municipal Entrepreneurship Promotion Association held the first batch of field training YBC entrepreneurial youth seminars in Mianyang City. The meeting summarized and reviewed the field internship training in the previous stage and exchanged the results of the internship training. YBC entrepreneurial youths who participated in the symposium expressed that they should apply the advanced management experience learned in Shanghai and Fujian to their own entrepreneurship, and realize their own successful entrepreneurship as soon as possible.
At the symposium, Yang Yan, the discipline inspector of the Youth League Committee, made a summary of the internship training in Shanghai and Fujian. She pointed out that with the full support of the YBC National Office and the YBC offices in Shanghai and Fujian, 42 YBC entrepreneurial youths in our city went to developed areas in the east and conducted entrepreneurship internships under the direct guidance of their field instructors. Through internships, YBC entrepreneurial youth in Mianyang witnessed the highly developed enterprise management level in advanced regions, expanded their development horizons, enriched their entrepreneurial experience, and learned advanced management experience. As youths in the earthquake-stricken areas, YBC entrepreneurial youths have established a good image of diligent study, hard work, and compassionate illustration with their own practical actions. This training experience made 42 YBC entrepreneurs in our city feel the warmth of the YBC family and the long-term and arduous nature of entrepreneurship. We need to transform our gratitude to YBC into a firm belief in honest entrepreneurship, transform pressures and gaps into entrepreneurial courage to dare to work hard, and work hard to return the society with the results of successful entrepreneurship.
