At this time, if there is no abnormality in the execution device in the KT98 area, the ANK31 module may have a problem. At this point, parts should be purchased and replaced. This state can be maintained for 8 to 10 months and the ANK31 module will not be able to obtain information from the hub.
When powered on, the module in one location is red. Check the indicator of the hub. If the indicator is abnormal, it indicates that the I/O interface in this position is faulty. Unplug the Hub cable in the red position. The indicators and other positions are normal, indicating that the ANK31 module in this position is damaged.
3 Replace the ANK31 module
The ANK31 module is a special interface module for the printing press network developed by Evert Electronics Co., Ltd. (EAE) of Germany. It has the function of on-site reading and writing. The operating program exists in the master server of the KBA EAE printing operating system. The driver of the ANK31 module can be installed automatically by clicking on the operation interface. The steps are as follows:
1) Turn off the power of the ANK31 module management area, replace the new ANK31 module, and restore power.
2) Driver installation. The ANK31 module has two encoder ports, as shown in Figure 2. The right side "3" is the address code of the ANK31 module, and the left side "4" is the information input code.
The first step is to place the new ANK31 module address at the address code on the right, according to the original address code.
The second step is to place the switch 1 in the open position at the left information code, and set the new ANK31 module information code according to the original information input code. At this time, the Boot lamp on the ANK31 module starts to flash.
The third step is to input program in the corresponding ANK31 module program of the Master Server server interface until the program is written and the Boot lamp stops flashing.
In the fourth step, place switch 1 in the OFF position. Then press Reset on the ANK31 module to activate the newly installed ANK31 module.
In the fifth step, activate the I/O location module on the console. (Finish)
