Nowadays, consumers, society, manufacturers and industries are paying attention to the content of formaldehyde and benzene in the wallpaper itself, and reducing the content and emission of formaldehyde and benzene through the application of some technologies and new materials. Because formaldehyde, benzene, the two largest indoor killers, formaldehyde caused by leukemia, the induction rate is relatively high, formaldehyde is mainly harmful to cancer, especially for newborns, infants and young children.
Our Earth Guardian began to pay attention to this point at the earliest. From the name of my Earth Guardian, from the establishment of our company, our main goal, my core strength is to be environmentally friendly and healthy. We have always been committed to building an environmentally friendly team. The substrate of the Earth Guardian itself is an environmental protection concept. [Reporter]: The material of the Earth Guardian wallpaper is stone. Do you add other materials during the production process?
[Yang Lu]: More than 85% of the main substrate is calcium carbonate, and the rest is our core small material formula. This is our core technology, which is not convenient to disclose, but there is about 5% of the resin inside. This resin is used as Single connectivity requires activation connectivity. Because there is a difference in resin, it is non-toxic and harmless to talents, so we can guarantee that this product is environmentally friendly and healthy from the choice of raw materials, to the production and processing, to the final product sales. . [Yanglu]: Mainly based on glutinous rice, we immediately develop a variety of functional glues, including glutinous rice and starch. These glues will be on different areas, different environments, different wall structures, and different consumer needs. This is what we will gradually develop in the future.
[Reporter]: Is the pattern and color on the wallpaper also like ink?
[Yang Lu]: We use all the slurry. This slurry itself has no toxic effect, because we say that the finished product is close to zero aldehyde, zero benzene, and no heavy metal content. Our pulp is also environmentally friendly, we use environmentally friendly pulp. The reason why you are just talking about humor, we don't use industrial ink, I have a lot of background color itself, I can add raw plant color to the raw material masterbatch, add it to the raw material masterbatch, so the paper itself With color, this yellow is very soft, and its background is like this, not extra sizing. This carefully watched two colors, the base color is milky white, and there is a slightly yellowish slurry on it. The above paste is extra for us, but the milky white is the one we transferred, so we can finish it in the finished product. In the production process of raw materials and main substrates, there are some colors attached to our environmentally friendly processes. We use more plants to extract pigments and do not use industrial inks. Industrial inks will have a very pungent taste and are used. If the heavy metal lead content is relatively high, we have no such thing.
[Reporter]: How do consumers identify whether wallpapers are environmentally friendly during the purchase process?
[Yang Lu]: The so-called Wang Wen asked to cut these four basically.
Look, look at the paper, if it is not environmentally friendly paper, or not very qualified paper, its raw edges, the base film on the back, look at the paper like rough paper, very uneven, there will be wrinkles and stuttering things .
Smell, the wallpaper that is not environmentally friendly will have a strong pungent smell, like the traditional PVC wallpaper, because it is made of Linyi craft, it is very thick, its three-dimensional feeling is very good, but because of this highlighting the three-dimensional He needs to do a lot of copying. This film is a chemical product, a product of polystyrene, which has a very strong taste and a pungent taste. You can look at our products, it is almost tasteless, and some may be because the slurry production is hotter and has some paper taste. Many of our consumers used to be like this. When they got to the store, they smelled it. This is tasteless. They feel that there is no taste. This is good. After we have finished the home renovation, we will be ventilated for at least one to two weeks, but we don't need it. We can close the doors and windows when the wall paper is under construction. If you just install my wallpaper after construction, there is no other decoration. Material, you can completely paste my wallpaper, closed doors and windows, you can stay after the next day
There is also a fire, traditional PVC or straw paper. After you burn it, it will have black smoke, it will be especially thick, and it smells pungent. And my finish is not the first taste, some paste will have some taste of the slurry, but will not get it, not pungent. Almost tasteless, see that the smoke is very light white smoke, because there will be smoke when burning, after the traditional PVC is burned, you look at the residue, PVC is burned like oil, especially hot, one A grain of grain, especially black, is particularly hard, like plastic.
