Recently, the expert appraisal committee organized by the Press and Publications Administration passed the appraisal of the “Ultra High Sensitivity Non-Silver Sensitive Version (CTP)†project for laser direct plate making in Shanghai.
This achievement has the following technical innovations:
(1) The sensitivity of non-silver salt photosensitive materials has been greatly improved, thus adapting to the requirements of CTP plate making.
(2) The plate making process of this achievement is compatible with the plate making process of the current PS plate. The printing suitability meets the requirements of offset printing and facilitates the industrialization of scientific research results.
(3) The plate has a very good cost performance compared to the PS plate.
(4) This achievement is the first high-sensitivity non-silver photopolymerization CTP edition developed in China, which fills the domestic gap and reaches the international advanced level. It has created conditions for China's own high-tech products to enter the international market.
