Ring lining material

Paper commonly used for ring linings includes offset paper, coated paper, and mica paper.

Off-liner paper used as offset paper is mostly white. Different grades of books and periodicals use different quantities of ring backing paper. For general publications, the quantitative amount is 60 to 150 g/m2, and for higher-grade books and albums, the quantitative amount is 200 to 250 g/m2. In order to avoid wrinkling during pasting, the direction of the silk lining paper should be parallel to the spine.

Coated paper is used as ring backing paper for higher-grade books and magazines. The basis weight is generally between 100 and 250 g/m2. Decoration patterns related to the contents of the book may also be printed to increase the decorative effect of the books and periodicals.

Mica paper is flatbed paper with a paper size of 930mm x 645mm and 787mm x 1092mm. Quantitative are 170g/m2 and 200g/m2 two. According to the industry standard QB323-80, the main technical indicators of Mica paper are: the tightness is not more than 0.85g/cm3; the length of splitting (the average value of the vertical and horizontal) is not less than 2200m; the folding endurance (reciprocation times) is not less than 10 in the horizontal direction Times; sizing degree is not less than 1.5mm; ash is divided into 5.0% to 8.0%; transverse elasticity is not more than 2.5%.
