New anti-theft cap

Okoya International Bottle Cap System (Tianjin) Co., Ltd. was established by the investment of the largest aluminum products manufacturer, Alcoa Subsidiary of Alcoa Group. It adopts advanced patented hot pressing equipment and technology developed by ALCOA to produce high quality plastics. Bottle caps, as early as September 1996, passed the certification of the international ISO9002 quality assurance system audited by the International Standards Corporation (SGS). Currently, they have developed two new anti-theft caps: (BBW) hot-press molded plastic caps and Double-lok thermo-compression caps.
BBW H-1A hot-press molded plastic cover adopts temperature resistant inner pad material, suitable for hot filling materials. Its unique design makes the anti-theft ring breaking angle (BBA) very close to the seal leakage angle (SHA), effectively improving the anti-theft performance. This anti-theft ring can be cut horizontally or vertically. Three colors can be printed on the top and internal printing can also be performed.
Double-lok thermo-compression plastic bottle caps are double-insurance anti-theft devices. Locking plates and locking plate retaining rings issued on the anti-theft ring ensure that the anti-theft ring is broken when the bottle cap is opened, and the combination of locking plate and retaining ring can provide anti-theft performance.
