Talking about Braille Printing Technology

Braille printing is totally different from general graphic printing. Braille is composed of a number of differently arranged protruding ideas. The blind person can read by the touch of a finger.

These ideas are not arbitrarily arranged. The size, dot pitch, kerning, and line spacing of the ideas are all fixed in the design according to the physiological and psychological characteristics of the blind's tactile sense. They are generally hemispherical and parabolic. The diameter of the bottom of the bump is between 1 and 1.6, and the height is O. 2 to 0.5 coffee, from 2.2 to 2.8 coffee. The printing methods include an ink printing method, a hair printing method, and a mold pressing method.

1. Ink printing method

First of all, it should be pointed out that the ink used for braille printing is different from the general ink. It is a rosin ink made by adding rosin-based auxiliary materials to common inks.

The ink printing method can use ordinary letterpress printing or screen printing. Printed braille prints are heated and baked on the back of the print before the ink has dried. At this time, the rosin powder in the ink layer rapidly melts and the volume expands, causing the blind spots to bulge. This is also the reason for adding rosin to the ink. . Then stapling becomes the final print. Since the rosin powder particles in the ink layer are coarse, it is not suitable for printing Braille patterns and only Braille characters can be printed.

2. Foam printing

Similar to the ink printing method, the ink used in the foam printing method is an ink having foaming properties. This ink uses micro-capsule technology, the ink contains micro particles filled with low-boiling solvents. After heating by screen printing, the solvent in the micro-particles evaporates, the volume of the particles expands, and the embossed pattern is solidified at room temperature.

The foam printing method can be designed and plated using a computer to reduce the traditional plate-making process; it is also suitable for special graphic and text printing; the thickness of the printed product is only 2/3 of the rosin ink printing; the pips are durable and not easily damaged. Therefore, this type of printing method is currently the most widely used type of braille printing method.

3. Die stamping method

The special thick paper is placed between two brazed concave-convex mold iron sheets, and after heating and pressing, the different convex protrusions are pressed and pressed on the thick paper. If you find mistakes in the layout, just knock down the wrong ideas and try again. This printing method does not require ink, and it has basically been eliminated.

Braille printing is an indispensable part of the special printing industry, but it has yet to be developed in terms of its printing technology. With the continuous improvement of Braille printing technology, the quality of Braille prints will continue to increase.

Microfiber is a synthetic material. which regularly consists of 100% polyester and 80% polyester 20% polyamide for mop producing. The fiber is many times smaller than a human hair, when woven together, the fibers create a net-like surface that traps more dirt, debris and moisture than cotton.

Microfiber is simply a superior cleaning material. Advantages include:

1.The fibers absorb six times their weight in water.

2.Just using water and microfiber removes 98.6% of bacteria from smooth surfaces,They can remove large quantities of microbes, including hard-tokill spores, it dries fast, making it hard for bacteria to grow in it

3.Microfiber can be laundered and reused more than 400 times.

5.Microfiber dries faster, which results in a cleaner floor with much less water left on the floor to dry, reduces slip and fall potential.

6. Microfiber Mop heads are lightweight and much easier to wring out.

7. Because of the fibers` net-like structure, microfiber mops have more surface contact with the floor and remove more dirt than cotton mops do.

8. The fabric dries in one-third the time of traditional cotton cloths, microfiber mops weigh less than traditional cotton mops, workers experience less back strain and fatigue from repeated use.
