[Reporter]: At the beginning of accepting this position and becoming a senior management in the home industry, have you ever had any concerns about the distribution of work and life in terms of time?
[Liu Fang]: Everyone's time is 24 hours a day, and everyone's one year is 365 days. This is fair. It is the duty and responsibility to complete the work as much as possible during working hours. If no boss is willing to sit and work overtime every day, then the Yalan Group does not advocate overtime work. It should work as much as possible during working hours. From the perspective of company operation, We pay more attention to improving work efficiency.
[Reporter]: Do you think women have an advantage in the home industry? What are the disadvantages? How can we develop strengths and avoid weaknesses?
[Liu Fang]: I personally feel that the home industry is more suitable for women. After all, women have a natural yearning for a warm home. Women have a natural passion for the layout of their homes, so the enthusiasm for work will be higher.
[Reporter]: How do you define the concept of success? What do you think is the secret to your success?
[Liu Fang]: Everyone has their own definition of success. [Liu Fang]: Just last year, we did an activity to find old mattresses. Through the final selection, an old couple won our first prize. They were married in the 70s. They used Yalan’s mattress when they got married. At that time, the Yalan mattress was still very expensive, and it was not available for money. It must be bought by an acquaintance.
I remember when we interviewed the old couple, the grandmother said, "He said when he got married, I want to give me a Yalan mattress. At that time, I was so happy! For decades, the mattress we have been using. Like the two of us, it’s very gratifying to come all the way. This mattress has witnessed the happiness of our whole life."
