UV light source power is not enough
There are three elements in uv printer uv light curing:
1. Spectrum, that is, whether the light emitted by the UV lamp and other light sources is consistent with the absorption spectrum of the cured product.
2. Intensity, that is, whether the light emitted by the light source is sufficient to cause the photochemical reaction of the cured product, due to the performance of the internal sensitizer of different cured products (UV coating ink, glue), the dosage is different, and the light transmission of the main agent and the amount , Sensation is also different, so the curing strength requirements are different.
3. Curing speed, curing speed is too fast to complete curing, and too slow will adversely affect the cured product. Such as pattern cracking, poor adhesion, etc. The curing speed varies with different cured products.
The fast printing speed of the Uv printer is also the cause of the incomplete curing of the UV ink and the sticky surface. At this time, the printing speed can be reduced or the power of the light source can be increased.
UV curing light tube aging
UV lamp tube mainly refers to a lamp tube that can emit ultraviolet rays. When it emits light, it is accompanied by high heat, because it not only excites ultraviolet rays, but also is accompanied by infrared emission. The wavelength of light is concentrated at about 365mm. The lamp tube content is different, the normal domestic UV lamp has about 30% longer UV, while the imported UV lamp has 40-50% content, at the same time, the calorific value is low, and the service life is also long, up to 2000 hours, while the domestic UV lamp is only 1000 hours about.
With the use of the lamp, the electrode gradually decomposes, the inner wall of the lamp tube is deposited, and the transparency and the transmittance of ultraviolet light gradually weaken. Therefore, the lamp tube of the uv printer should be regularly tested and the lamp tube should be replaced in time.
UV ink itself cures slowly
Light curing refers to UV ink or UV paint, etc., a certain photochemical reaction that occurs under the effective irradiation of ultraviolet rays, so that the cured product becomes a liquid, and the curing forms a pattern.
