Simple bedside yoga

It's natural to get up in the morning to stretch. Nowadays, a brand-new project, bedside yoga, is using this activity to set the tone for you throughout the day, and to create a calm and content that lasts all day. Yoga can help you find the center of your body. If you insist on doing it every day, you can have infinite energy to deal with anything you face. Here are the four steps for bedside yoga:

 

Awaken muscles and take a deep breath for two to three minutes. Inhale and shrink the abdomen. Exhale and feel the breath brought to the spine. Benefits to the Body: During the preparation exercise, oxygen flow in muscles can be promoted. The spiritual benefits: A calm and peaceful state of mind. Increase alertness lying on the bed, legs close together, arms stretched to both sides. The right leg is bent and the knee rests on the left leg. Turn your head and look at your right arm. Keep this state for 10 seconds. Do it again in a different direction.

 

Benefits to the Body: Stretch the chest, buttocks and neck. Stimulate digestion.

 

The benefits of the spirit: Active nervous system, improve alertness.

 

Increase confidence and lie on the bed with your feet together and your toes rushing forward. Stretch your arms, keep your head up, keep them apart, and keep them shoulder-width apart. Stretch your arms along your fingertips and keep your elbows straight; stretch your legs along your toes. Keep this state for 10 seconds and breathe normally.

 

Benefits to the body: stimulate circulation and breathing; improve posture.

 

Benefits to the Spirit: Improve self-confidence and build a sense of inner strength.

 

Raise your attention and lie flat on the bed, put your hands upside down, and your palms are opposite. Reach over and keep your palms facing each other. Curved right leg, one foot against the inside of the left leg. Do not stretch or oppress your legs; how to place them comfortably. Stay this way for 10 seconds.

 

 

Benefits to the Body: Stretching and characterizing the shoulders, arms, and back.

 

Benefits to the Spirit: Build a calm, positive external image; increase attention.
