This luxury pillow bag is produced by Bryce's special tandem extrusion compounder. The beautiful flat-bottomed bag is an advanced multi-layer full-membrane structure that resists punctures and tears and helps increase the shelf life of foods and reduce packaging costs.
A total of five layers of bags, including two extrusion composites. The bag stock is a LLDPE sealant blend film based on Pliant(R) Maxilenee octane to provide excellent sealing performance. This new type of full-film packaging material is reverse-printed PET/polymer extrusion layer/metallized PET/white extrusion film/Maxilene sealing film from the outside. The total thickness of the bag is 6.3 mils, which is strong and durable.
The metallized film layer adds a luxurious coat to the bag. The exquisite printing pattern enhances the shelf appeal of the package. The flexographic printing and metal inks, which are comparable to gravure printing, give the film a three-dimensional appearance with a reflective effect. The polyester outer layer with high coefficient of friction is printed by Bryce using eight-color reverse printing. The strict control of the printing press and superb printing techniques ensure the ideal pattern effect.
The high coefficient of friction polyester anti-slip surface is also critical in that it allows the bags to sit comfortably on the pallets and avoid dumping due to stacking of large bags on pallets, bulk loading, and stretch wraps. The zipper allows the bag to be resealed, which can help improve the freshness of the product, prevent pests, and prevent moisture, oxidation and leakage.
