The world's largest and most significant furniture fair, originally set for April 21st to April 26th, 2020, has been postponed to April 13th to April 18th, 2021 . We're eagerly looking forward to attending this event again and feeling the vibrant spirit of Salone del Mobile Milano once more.
PAD Paris
PAD , a leading event for art and design enthusiasts and collectors, has been reimagining the Cabinet d’Amateur and the concept of eclecticism for 24 years, anticipating the aesthetic trends of its time. Originally planned for April 1st to April 5th, the fair has been rescheduled to October 19th to October 25th .
London Craft Week
London Craft Week is another great example of how creativity thrives in the world's creative capital. It combines glamour with cutting-edge innovation, blending heritage with contemporary flair and balancing the commercial with the cultural. Originally set for April 27th to May 3rd, the event has been postponed to September 30th to October 8th .
Light + Building
Innovations in lighting and building services were supposed to shine during the March 8th to March 13th event at Messe Frankfurt , but Light + Building has been moved to September 27th to October 2nd .
Design Shanghai
One of Asia's premier design events, the seventh edition of Design Shanghai , covering contemporary, classic and luxury, collectibles, kitchen, bathroom, workplace, and new materials and applications, has shifted from March 12th to March 15th to May 26th to May 29th at the Shanghai World Expo Exhibition & Convention Center.
Architectural Digest Design Show
This extensive showcase of furniture, accessories, lighting, kitchen, and bath products, along with seminars and culinary demonstrations, has been rescheduled from March 19th to March 22nd to June 25th to June 28th at New York’s Pier 94.
Design Miami/Basel and Art Basel
Design Miami/Basel and Art Basel , which were initially scheduled for June, are now postponed to September . A statement from Art Basel read: "This decision was made after consulting with a wide range of gallerists, collectors, partners, and external experts, with the aim of safeguarding the health and safety of our community while ensuring the event attracts as many collectors, curators, and arts professionals as possible from our global network."
NYCxDESIGN
As reported by AD PRO on March 17th, NYCxDesign is no longer taking place as planned, but certain events and programs will be held this Fall . Originally scheduled for May 12th to May 20th, it is now set for October 2020 .
