3) The traceback tag previously confirmed on the CSB industrial computer will be automatically printed out on the CSB printer and hung on the distribution box. Although the emphasis here is on retrospective tags, it is also arranged with each dispatch box and its corresponding reference number and associated pulse transmitter. Each item has its own retrospective tag.

4) Through a multi-level delivery system, all the distribution boxes will be automatically controlled and delivered to destinations in elevated warehouses while ensuring that the resources are optimal; at the same time, antenna readers located in front of the branching port will The reading and analysis work is performed by the information sent by the pulse transmitter, which also realizes the automatic control of the distribution box.

5) Because of the warehouse control system that integrates the conveyor belts of the lower and upper shelves, it is possible to overcome the problem of height differences within the system. In addition, the control of the distribution box on the conveyor belt is well coordinated with the bearing capacity of the high and low rack conveyor belts, which fully guarantees the full-load working status of the high and low rack conveyor belts. This also creates a continuous stream of raw material supply within the company.

6) The transporter with a pulsed sender reads out the actual weight of each container and does not require special stops. The combination of the pulse transmitter and the transporter will directly transfer the actual weight of the distribution box to the CSB information system, thus ensuring the data generation and quality of the entire CSB information system.

7) The warehouse machine manager reads the identification information on the conveyor again and places the distribution box in a designated location in the elevated warehouse. Such warehousing operations are completely automated, and they also automatically combine idle resources in the warehouse.
