Hartness International New Generation Packaging Line

Hartness International recently proposed a new concept, Dynac Centric Line, which can act as a connecting hub for all parts of the production line, thereby improving production efficiency. The Dynac Dynamic Accumulation Conveyor System is more than just a cumulative buffer system that adapts to changes in product flow. It also decouples upstream equipment from downstream operational failures and keeps the upstream equipment running continuously. Its pressureless delivery and perfect adjustment function make the upstream and downstream equipment systems more optimized and exert their respective greater potential. Because Dynac has a dynamic accumulation function, it greatly reduces the distance between the upstream and downstream equipment, shortens the production time, and the product can be transported from the upstream device to the downstream device through the shortest path.

The core part of Dynac is a gear that slides between two parallel, individually driven conveyor belts. One is the incoming line and the other is the outgoing line. When the two belts are synchronized in speed, the gears will stand still. In the upper part of the gear is a product conversion device that transfers the product from the incoming line to the outgoing line. Once the downstream equipment failure affects the in-out and out-of-line synchronization, the gears will move in the direction of the incoming line and the product will gradually accumulate. When the downstream fault is resolved, the product automatically advances along the conveyor belt via Dynac in a first-in-first-out condition. On a typical fast production line, Dynac provides an automatic accumulation function that maintains a steady flow of product. The downstream deceleration or stop due to a fault can be automatically isolated without affecting the rest of the production line. Prevent upstream equipment from being contaminated by downstream failures and maximize its potential. Through pressureless delivery, there is no mutual friction and squeezing between the products, and the labels, packages and products themselves are not damaged, and the loss is greatly reduced.
