Requirements for transfer performance in transfer printing paper Analysis of requirements for transfer performance in transfer printing paper

In the transfer printing process, first, the patterns and patterns should be printed on the transfer printing paper to form a layer of film with a corresponding color and pattern, and then transferred from the transfer paper to the surface of the printed matter. Therefore, the surface polymer material transfer of the transfer printing paper is transferred. Performance plays a key role in the reproducibility of the print pattern. Especially in the later transfer process, the pattern should maintain its vividness of pattern, detailed pattern, clear gradation, strong three-dimensionality, etc. This is a relatively high performance requirement for transfer printing paper, including the following aspects.

First, the paper sheet is required to have sufficient strength and the surface of the paper does not lint or powder. Because the printing ink is made of carbon black or other pigment particles evenly dispersed in dry oil, animal glue or resin. During the printing and peeling process, there is a certain tension between the ink and the surface of the paper. The higher the speed, the greater the tension, and therefore the surface of the paper is required to have sufficient strength. The transfer paper is preferably made from softwood pulp. Among them, chemical pulp and mechanical pulp production are equally good. This can ensure that the paper sheet has enough strength, but also can not make it brittle, yellowing in high temperature processing.

Second, transfer printing paper must have a certain degree of smoothness and tensile strength. If the smoothness of the transferred paper is poor and the surface is uneven, it will cause uneven force during the transfer and cause the dye sublimation rate on the paper to be inconsistent. Therefore, even if the pattern on the paper is very clear, the transfer to the cloth will become blurred. If the tensile strength of the transfer paper is poor, it will be significantly deformed due to moisture and force in the process of manufacturing the printing paper and the printing cloth, resulting in poor print pattern clarity. Such transfer paper can only be used to print products with low definition.

Again, the transfer printing paper is required to have a small affinity for color inks. Because the transfer printing paper is only an intermediate of the pattern transfer, the ultimate goal is to require a clear transfer of the pattern to the surface of the print, so a small affinity will make the pattern easily transferred from the surface of the transfer paper surface, will not remain on the transfer paper Too much and has an irrational effect on the quality of the print pattern.

Finally, transfer printing paper should have proper moisture absorption. The poor hygroscopicity will cause color inks to pick up; excessive hygroscopicity will cause deformation of the transfer paper, so it is necessary to strictly control the amount of filler when producing transfer paper.

The 6-sides die is a common die. The sum of the numbers on opposite faces is seven, with each of its six faces showing a different number of dots (pips) from 1 to 6. When thrown or rolled, the die comes to rest showing on its upper surface a random interger from one to six, each value being equally likely. A variety of similar devices are also described as dice; such specialized dice may have polyhedral or irregular shapes and may have faces marked with symbols instead of numbers. They may be used to produce results other than one through six. Loaded and crooked dice are designed to favor some results over others for purposes of cheating or amusement.
